UX Designer

Location: Manila, Philippines

Responsibilities:
        • Identify UX problems and craft creative ways to solve them
        • Create, establish, and maintain clear and concise user-centric layouts and flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and both team and external-facing documentation that clearly convey ideas
        • Translate goals and constraints into compelling player-facing features and work alongside programmers, game designers, and artists to develop these features

        • Conduct efficient research and evaluation, and understand technical constraints and impact of designs

Senior Game Designer

Location: Manila, Philippines

Responsibilities:
        • Plan, create, execute, and lead game designs from pitch to release candidate, for PC, mobile, and console platforms, and a variety of genres
        • Collaborate with producers, directors, fellow designers, and clients to define, refine, and execute design direction, game vision, pillars, core loops, and player experience
        • Oversee the team’s design output to set and maintain output and performance quality, game design best practices, pipelines, tools, and processes
        • Organize and pioneer game design pipelines, sharing new tools, methods, and technologies
        • Supervise and mentor junior designers in projects (during client calls, processes, proposals, etc.) and review their submissions
        • Support management and seniors in advocating the department’s goals and initiatives and assist in the implementation of company policies

Lead Game Designer

Location: Remote Work

Responsibilities:
        • Mentor, supervise, and support performance management of fellow designers
        • Allocate/delegate duties and follow the evolution of the team’s progress on game design deliverables
        • Assist fellow leads and managers in implementation of company policies and department initiatives and processes to help grow the team
        • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new game designers
        • Work with and participate in decision-making with managers and producers in determining project scope, resources, and priorities for the design team and project
        • Work closely with other disciplines (programming, art, producers, QA, etc.) to help align the team on the design direction of a project
        • Communicate directly with the client or external partners with respect to design aspects of the project
        • Set the design direction of a game by composing concept proposals and pitches, game design documents, feature specifications, game pillars and the intended player experience
        • Critically analyze, deconstruct, and test own and team's designs and address feedback

Lead Environment Artist

Location: Warsaw, Poland - Remote Work

Responsibilities:
        • Support the Project Managers and Project Owner overseeing the team of internal and external artists during the entire cycle of the project and potentially after LiveOps
        • Provide clear feedback on both technical and artistic matters for incorporation into final games
        • Create assets and techniques fitting the style and pace of each project
        • Communicate with the engineering and design teams
        • Follow company art direction and production pipeline
        • Suggest approaches that compel positive enhancements to direction and pipelines

Responsibilities:
        • Handles concept art, character designs, mood boards, and storyboarding, preferably in the games industry or television or movies
        • Communication with Clients to understand a game’s visual art style and the artistic approach to be applied
        • Ownership by making sure that the best representation of the client's visions/expectations is met
        • Ensuring project estimates for concept and graphics asset creations are precise and apt for the available workforce
        • Reviewing and approving designs, artwork, and graphics developed by the team
        • Presents design ideas to Clients for approval and generally communicates with Clients when needed
        • Incorporate changes requested by Clients in a timely manner until final design approvals.
        • Will oversee both concept and graphics team projects
        • Creating visual images for in-game graphics including but not limited to, logo creations, branding, product packaging, illustrations, and concepts
        • Able to combine art & technology and keep up with the latest software trends

        • Producing high-quality, anatomically feasible, photo-real or stylized CG character models in line with a brief and/or reference material
        • Interpret abstract ideas or concept art into the creation of compelling photo-real or stylized character
        • Presenting work in a turntable-style environment with acceptable lighting for progress reviews and approval (including scale reference)
        • Ensuring consistency of UV mapping and polygonal subdivisions
        • Researching reference materials for aesthetics and genre of game, film, or animation
Qualifications:
        • Has at least 5 to 10 years of experience, Minimum 3 years of working in a studio
        • Experience in digital sculpting, modeling, UV mapping, and Texturing
        • Excellent understanding of shading, lighting, structure, texturing, and silhouette
        • Knowledge of anatomy - proportions, muscle, and skeletal structures
        • Ability to work from reference materials such as photography or concept art

Responsibilities:
        • Must participate with Devs and animators to enhance animation workflow and pipeline
        • Work closely with modelers and animators to ensure an asset is efficiently rigged and capable of full range of motion with fine levels of control and usability
        • Collaborate and participate in any necessary meetings, team or activities related to the project assigned
        • Deliver high quality output that meets the technical quality standards
Qualifications:
        • At least 1 to 2 years of professional experience
        • Proficient in Maya and other 3D Software
        • Technical Knowledge in terms of troubleshooting game export file format
        • Able to adapt and use exclusively provided scripts
        • Extensive understanding of forward kinematics and inverse kinematics and hierarchical constraints
        • Good understanding of scripts and file troubleshooting
        • Ability to rig different styles of characters biped and quadruped using both deformable and non deformable rigging
        • Knowledge of production pipeline and exceptional problem solving

3D Lead Rigger

Location: Manila, Philippines

Responsibilities:
        • Create rigs for 3D characters and animals models using MAYA with a focus on the quality of distortions
        • Work with the 3D animation lead to create rigs that are suitable for animation, and to ensure the integration and maintenance of configurations
        • Maintain timing and production quotas given by the coordination team and the 3D animation lead
        • Execute the corrections requested by the 3D animation lead  and the Client by showing an analytical mind
        • Organize work and prepare presentation elements for approval
        • Communicate and seek information if necessary
        • Maintain good team dynamics
        • Train and Mentor other members of the rigging team up to today's industry standards
 
Qualifications:

        • 5-10 years of experience Minimum 3 years of working experience in character models rigging with MAYA

        • Create and ensure textures are seamless
        • Manipulate and ensure 3D models are based on specified requirements
        • Render scenes ensuring required parameters are observed

For full-time employees, we provide the workstations and deliver them to the employee’s location. There are also agreements and policies in place to ensure security of the project and balance working conditions.

Who can apply?

Anyone with some experience and lots of passion in game development is welcome. A strong portfolio is highly recommended, especially for creative roles.

Who can apply for internship?

We currently do not have any openings for internship.

But when we do, intern applicants must be full-time students at a college or university. The ideal internship duration, for our best benefit and yours, is at least three months.
