Lead Game Designer

Location: Remote Work

What you will be doing:
        • Mentor, supervise, and support performance management of fellow designers.
        • Allocate/delegate duties and follow the evolution of the team’s progress on game design deliverables.
        • Assist fellow leads and managers in implementation of company policies and department initiatives and processes to help grow the team
        • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new game designers.
        • Work with and participate in decision-making with managers and producers in determining project scope, resources, and priorities for the design team and project.
        • Work closely with other disciplines (programming, art, producers, QA, etc.) to help align the team on the design direction of a project.
        • Communicate directly with the client or external partners with respect to design aspects of the project.
        • Set the design direction of a game by composing concept proposals and pitches, game design documents, feature specifications, game pillars and the intended player experience.

3D Lead Rigger

Location: Manila, Philippines

What you will be doing:
        • Create rigs for 3D characters and animals models using MAYA with a focus on the quality of distortions;
        • Work with the 3D animation lead to create rigs that are suitable for animation, and to ensure the integration and maintenance of configurations;
        • Maintain timing and production quotas given by the coordination team and the 3D animation lead
        • Execute the corrections requested by the 3D animation lead  and the Client by showing an analytic mind;
        • Organize work and prepare presentation elements for approval;
        • Communicate and seek information if necessary;
        • Maintain good team dynamics.
        • Train and Mentor other members of the rigging team up to today's industry standards

 

Qualifications:

        • 5-10 years of experience Minimum 3 years of working experience in character models rigging with MAYA.

Anyone with some experience and lots of passion in game development is welcome. A strong portfolio is highly recommended, especially for creative roles.

Who can apply for internship?

We currently do not have any openings for internship.

But when we do, intern applicants must be full-time students at a college or university. The ideal internship duration, for our best benefit and yours, is at least three months.

Do you accept walk-in applicants?

We want to see you at your best, so we schedule our tests and interviews, rather than doing them on the spot. Whether for a job or internship, please apply online. And given the COVID-19 situation and our ongoing Work-from-Home setup, we only accommodate online applicants.

When will I hear from you about my application?

We’ll be screening your resume – if your qualifications meet our requirements, we’ll get back to you within three weeks of receiving your application.
