Ron has shaped Secret 6 from the art outsourcing studio he founded in 2005 to an established, reliable provider of full game development services across studios in Manila and Madrid. He’s a veteran in the Philippine game development scene and remains active in our business development efforts.
In 2023, Ron joined the Catalis Group production service leadership team when Secret 6 became part of its roster of industry-leading game service providers.
His background encompasses over 20 years in tech and business, including as director of New Business Development at Sony Computer Entertainment America. Ron holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and Santa Clara University, respectively.
For the past 8 and a half years, Alexis has taken accountability in developing a key art team within the studio, maximizing existing partnerships and generating new ones.
Passionate in providing a platform for 3D artists to work alongside a growing AAA client base, Alexis directed the business into new areas which included the building of a concept and graphics team, ensuring pre-production and creative visual support.
Rogi spearheads 3D art production for our console division. His studio’s credits on AAA games include As Dusk Falls, Cyberpunk 2077, The Last of Us Part II, Marvel's Spider-Man, and Shadow of the Tomb Raider.
Since he started his career in 2007, his 3D weapon work has continued to be one of his specialties, earning him praise from international art teams. Rogi joined Secret 6 in 2015.
As head of our quality assurance division, Ralph ensures quality and functionality across our game development projects. He stepped up to lead our internal operations in 2016, and in 2018, also became head of Aphondo, our subsidiary specializing in QA.
Ralph started as a quality assurance and user experience analyst for Secret 6 in 2013, and was soon instrumental in building our structure and pipelines.
As Head of Art at the Madrid studio, Ángel ensures the team's projects achieve the highest standards of precision and creativity. With his extensive experience, Ángel possesses a comprehensive understanding of both the artistic and technical aspects of his field, enabling him to provide invaluable guidance on the studio's projects.
His career began in 2007 as a 3D artist, and he has played pivotal roles in major titles such as Call of Duty and Monster Hunter World. Since joining Secret 6 in 2018, Ángel has led the art in several projects, notably contributing to the success of titles like Lords of the Fallen (2023) and Diablo IV.
Beyond his role at Secret 6, Ángel takes immense pride in his position as a 3D art mentor, shaping the careers of numerous aspiring artists, many of whom are members of the Secret 6 Madrid team today.
Gene leads our engineering team toward the successful completion of projects and the growth of our game portfolio. He started as a freelance programmer for Secret 6 in 2010, then later joined us full-time as lead programmer.
He graduated from Ateneo de Manila with a degree in Computer Science.
A user interface design and 2D game asset specialist, Ann handles over 60 artists and animators. She also co-manages the 3D Art team for game development.
Ann joined Secret 6 in 2009 as a freelance artist. She eventually became creative lead, in which role she was pivotal in developing the structure and pipelines of our 2D Art department. She holds a Multimedia Arts degree from De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde.
Xiao has led our design team since it was formally established in 2014 and continues to ship various games across different franchises and platforms.
She started out with us as a quality assurance analyst in 2012, and was also the Head of Marketing from 2018–2022. She holds a Master’s degree in Technology Management from the University of the Philippines Diliman and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Multimedia Arts from Asia Pacific College.
As Head of Production, Patricia is responsible for leading projects, assembling teams, and defining the strategy for the production plan in the Madrid studio.
After many years in the audio-visual industry, she transitioned into the video game industry by obtaining a master’s degree in Video Game Production at Voxel School in Madrid. She then joined Secret 6 in 2022 as a producer, quickly became a lead producer and eventually head of production, working on major titles such as Song of Nunu, EA SPORTS™ PGA TOUR™, and Lords of the Fallen (2023).
Our Principal Art Manager, Daniel, oversees the artistic direction and production processes of Secret 6 Madrid’s projects.
Before entering the game industry, Daniel studied audiovisual communication at RTVE Institute, Spain’s number-one television network. Later on, he transitioned to the game industry, studying at Voxel School in Madrid where he developed his skills and knowledge of 3D art production. He joined Secret 6 as a 3D artist and eventually rose to become a Principal Art Manager of the Madrid studio with his work on projects like Lords of the Fallen (2023) and EA SPORTS™ PGA TOUR™.
Jem heads our 3D art team for in-house game development work. He joined Secret 6 as a texture artist, and is credited in that role on The Last of Us, as well as alongside the studio on AAA titles like Uncharted 2 and 3.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, with a major in Advertising, from the University of Santo Tomas.
Ando leads the engineering team's success, ensuring top-notch production quality, driving skill development, and maintaining high productivity.
His journey with Secret 6 began in 2010 as a programmer. Before assuming the position of engineering manager, he advanced to the role of senior technical lead, demonstrating expertise in development across projects of varying scopes and development environments. His significant contributions reached various projects, particularly with Other Ocean Interactive, Konami, and Sony.
As Game Design Manager, Christopher ensures efficient delivery, effective quality, and decisive direction of all design department projects. He works closely with the other department heads in strengthening and growing the company’s capabilities and competency in game design and development.
With a degree in Industrial Design from De La Salle - College of Saint Benilde, Christopher started his journey in Secret 6 in 2014, along the way, becoming a Senior UX Design Lead as he worked on projects for Cartoon Network, Konami, Supergiant Games, and many more web and mobile game ports. His experience and passion in the UX field led him to create UX design training modules that introduce, elaborate, and practice the UX game design foundation used for all projects of Secret 6.
Alongside her fundamental expertise in accounting itself, Darcy oversees all areas related to our company’s financial reporting.
She joined Secret 6 in 2014 as an accountant and has since become head of our Accounting division, under Internal Operations. Darcy’s a Certified Public Accountant, and holds degrees in Accountancy and Management Accounting.
Hannah oversees all marketing efforts for Secret 6 and its properties to facilitate brand development and awareness.
She started her career in Secret 6 as a game producer in 2014. Two years later, she shifted to a marketing role as the company’s senior events manager and brand coordinator and was responsible for Secret 6’s presence in various local and international events and conventions. She graduated from Ateneo de Manila with a degree in BS Communications Technology Management.
Carlo oversees and manages the Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Facilities & Administrative teams in Secret 6. He ensures guidance and strategic direction in employee discipline, labor relations, and management. He also handles the delivery and execution of services toward functionality, comfort and safety, and sustainability of office premises.
With 13 years of experience in the Human Resources field and a veritable track record of favorable and successful labor case management, Carlo brings his specialization and expertise to the company. He contributes to organizational labor compliance, expert advisory to senior leadership, finding talent, and ensuring talent thrives in a secure environment and their inherent needs are met.
Since joining Secret 6, he has led the inception, development, and launch of the HR team’s role expansion project while also championing initiatives to elevate operational company efficiency and enhance employee performance.
